The improved Panbio Dengue Early ELISA is available now!

IMI Australia is pleased to announce the launch of the second generation Panbio® Dengue Early ELISA (Catalogue number E-DEN02P).

As part of our continual improvement program, changes have been made to key reagents in the product to increase diagnostic performance.

In addition there has been a significant procedural change:

Controls and patient samples are diluted 1:2 rather than 1:10 

The Panbio® Dengue Early ELISA is a dengue NS1 antigen capture ELISA, used for the qualitative detection of NS1 antigen in serum.

Dengue NS1 antigen can be detected in serum from day 1 after onset of symptoms and up to day 9. Detection of NS1 is a valuable procedure as it allows detection of infection prior to seroconversion, expanding the window of detection by up to 5 days!
