Product Overview
The Panbio Dengue Duo IgM Capture & IgG Capture ELISA is for the qualitative detection of IgM and IgG antibodies to dengue virus in serum.
The Panbio Dengue Duo IgM Capture & IgG Capture ELISA offers an improvement over the HAI assay as an aid for the serological diagnosis of dengue infections between primary and secondary infection using a single dilution of serum, rather than a series of dilutions required for HAI assays.
The IgM cut-off is set to detect IgM levels characteristic of primary infection.
- These ELISA tests are designed to distinguish between primary and secondary infections
- This kit consists of the Dengue IgM Capture ELISA and the Dengue IgG Capture ELISA packaged together for convenience and cost savings
- Ideal for use in regions where primary and secondary dengue are common
- For the differentiation of primary and secondary dengue
